Why is it worth visiting Caravans Salon Poland?
Caravans Salon Poland is one of the key events in the caravanning industry in Poland. It originated from the Caravaning Salon during the Poznań Motor Show, where it debuted in 2012. Since 2018, the event has gained a second, autumn date and independence.
At Caravans Salon Poland 2025, you can see the latest products and bestsellers among motorhomes, caravans, camping equipment, and outdoor gear.
The year 2025 will feature a rich exhibition, 8 exhibition pavilions, almost 45,000 m2 of exhibition space, dozens of premieres and new products for 2025, over 550 vehicles on display, and nearly 250 leading brands.
In addition, a ticket to Caravans Salon allows you to visit the exhibitions of Tour Salon, the Travel Festival Śladami Marzeń (In the Footsteps of Dreams) and the Family Festival TUP TUP.
In addition to visiting the exhibition of new motorhomes and caravans, it is worth visiting Pavilion 7 dedicated to our special zones: RETRO and VANLIFE.
Where will the Caravans Salon Poland 2025 trade fair be held?
The Caravans Salon 2024 fair will be held at the Poznań International Fair grounds, in Pavilions 3, 3a, 4, 5, 5a, 6, 7, and 8, while the Caravaning Rally Przystanek_targi will take place at Plac Marka, Plac PWK, and in the alleys between the exhibition pavilions.
The entrance to the Caravans Salon and customer service points will be located in the Eastern Hall of the Poznań International Fair (a large glass structure) opposite the Dworcowy Bridge on Głogowska Street, the Western Hall on Śniadeckich Street, and the Northern Hall on Bukowska Street.
How to get to the Caravans Salon Poland Fair?
By car:
Visitors can enter the underground PWK car park from Głogowska Street. More information about the underground car park at the fair: https://parkingpwk.pl/en
Public car parks near the fair are located at the Avenida Shopping Center and at 63 Matejki Street.
By public transport:
By public transport – get off at the Most Dworcowy or Dworzec Zachodni tram stop. Head towards the MTP East Hall or the Bałtyk stop and go towards the North entrance.
Access by train:
PKP – passengers traveling by train should head towards Most Dworcowy after leaving the PKP station.
I will be arriving on foot. Where can I enter Caravans Salon Poland?
The entrance to Caravans Salon/Tour Salon/Yacht Salon and customer service points will be located in the Eastern Hall of MTP (a large glass structure) opposite the Dworcowy Bridge on Głogowska Street, the Western Hall on Śniadeckich Street, and the Northern Hall on Bukowska Street.
What is the price of a ticket to Caravans Salon 2025?
Tickets are sold online until the end of the fair. During the fair, tickets will be available for purchase at the ticket offices, but at higher prices. Detailed information about prices and ticket types can be found at this link.
Do I need to print my ticket for Caravans Salon purchased online?
No, it is not necessary. You can display your ticket on the screen of your mobile device (phone). However, for older phones and those with small screens, we recommend printing your ticket.
My ticket looks strange, how can I check if it is OK?
First of all, do not show its photo publicly on the Internet. This will allow other people to print the barcode/QR code that authorizes entry at the gate. You can contact us, preferably via Facebook Caravans Salon: https://www.facebook.com/CaravansSalon/
Can I buy tickets during the fair?
During the fair, tickets will be available online and at the ticket offices at the entrance to the fair, but they will be more expensive.
Do children have to pay for a ticket?
Children up to and including the age of 6 do not pay for a ticket. However, a free ticket for a child must be collected on site at the service point.
Is the Karta Dużej Rodziny accepted?
Holders of the Karta Dużej Rodziny can purchase tickets for Caravans Salon 2025 at the ticket office and online.
The Karta Dużej Rodziny must be brought to the fair, as the holder may be asked to present it at the entrance to confirm their eligibility for such a ticket.
Are there discounted tickets, e.g. for students or pensioners?
Discounted tickets are sold for children and young people up to 12 years of age and for people with disabilities (first degree of disability). Detailed information about prices and ticket types can be found here.
Are there group tickets, e.g. for schools?
No, there are no group tickets. Detailed information about prices and ticket types can be found here.
Can I enter and leave the fairgrounds with a single ticket?
No, tickets sold for Caravans Salon 2025 are single-entry tickets. In the case of a Pass, it is one entry for each day of the fair. Once you leave the fairgrounds on a given day, you cannot return to the fair with the same ticket.
Is parking included in the ticket price or do I need to purchase a parking ticket?
No, tickets sold at Caravans Salon are only admission tickets to the fair.
Is the number of tickets or visitors limited?
Yes. This is solely due to safety regulations and limited exhibition space.
I bought a ticket for Friday, for example, but I would like to visit on a different day. What should I do?
Each admission ticket, regardless of when it was purchased, will only be valid once on the day selected by the visitor.
A three-day pass will be valid once on each day of the fair.
Can I take photos and get into the vehicles?
You can take photos, but the decision to allow visitors inside the motorhomes and caravans is up to the exhibitors.
Can I buy something to eat at the fair?
Yes – you can find lunch, snacks, drinks, and sweets at the fair. MTPcafe cafés and MTP Bistro outlets are located in Pavilions 3, 5, and 6. Special food courts will be located in Pavilion 5, Lipowa Avenue between Pavilions 7, 7a, 8, 8a, and in the food truck area next to Pavilion 5a.
We also encourage you to visit the Garden City Restaurant at MTP – PCC Pavilion and the Pasodobre restaurant.
Is there an ATM at the fairgrounds?
Cashless payments are accepted at the fairgrounds (which we encourage), and you can also withdraw cash using the cashback function when making any purchases at MTPcafe and MTPbistro outlets. The maximum cash withdrawal limit is PLN 300 for VISA cards and PLN 500 for MasterCard cards.
The ATM is located outside the fairgrounds, in front of the East Entrance, on the side of the Dworcowy Bridge/Głogowska Street.
Can I bring my dog to the fair?
Yes. However, please remember the basic safety rules:
- Keep your pet on a short leash and, if necessary, use a muzzle.
- Do not enter any camping vehicles presented at the fair with your dog.
- Clean up after your dog – remember to bring bags for waste. Make sure your dog relieves itself BEFORE entering the fair halls. Green areas within the exhibition grounds are rare.
- The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
- Remember the basics for your pet: an adequate supply of drinking water and food (it is best to use a drinking bottle for dogs, which will fit in any backpack).
- Use additional accessories: small dogs or older dogs with health problems will feel great in transport trolleys, which can also be closed to ensure that the dog does not jump out
- Remember to bring documents confirming current rabies vaccinations. Whether you are coming to the Caravans Salon fair with or without your dog, we wish you a wonderful stay and a pleasant time!
